Increase club participation at weekly meetings
Re-activate the International Service component of our club

Quarterly Membership Orientation/Club Education Meetings/Social
District Assembly - 25% of our club attends on November 1, 2008
Increase committee size of those on club Service
Improve Club Assemblies at morning meetings

Membership
50 members by June 30, 2009
Membership campaign to be conducted in January of 2009
Improve new member orientation and retention

Vocational Service
Look to other activities as suggested by Rotary (ethics and fourway test)
Explore speaking at schools - perhaps Learning for Life

Community Service
Establish Calendar of Community Service by August 30th
Have Mandatory Sign up complete by Sept 30
Achieve 100% member participation in 6 activities per year.

International Service
Polio Plus – hit our financial objectives
Send a youth contingent to World Affairs Seminar
